Hello, my name is Brenda Neighbors.
In 2011 I was diagnosed with celiac disease. My world was turned upside down. In a way I was happy that I finally had answers to all of the issues evident since I was a child.
I have always enjoyed baking and cooking for family and friends. Over the years of having experienced gluten free baked goods that tasted like cardboard and was very expensive. I started to learn to bake my own tasty recipes and realized how much I enjoyed it.
For years my family and friends encouraged me to open a Gluten free bakery. I am excited to bring great tasting gluten free food items to people that have celiac and gluten intolerance.
We deserve delicious treats just like other people that do not have to be gluten free. I hope to bring joy back into people lives with great tasting food at a fair price.
We are proud to make each of our products using our own recipes and prepared in our own home.
